Starlight Projects Ltd is a design and build construction company that specialises in luxury residential development.
Our team has a wealth of experience in the prime and super prime sectors having planned, designed and built an extensive portfolio of properties; spanning from luxury family homes in the Surrey Hills to grand mansions in the country’s most prestigious estates.
Over the last 13 years we have built longstanding relationships with a wide range of architects, consultants and designers allowing us to build project specific teams to suit every client. Having a large pool of specialists to choose from allows us to always meet the exacting standards of our clients both architecturally and stylistically.
Our core philosophy at Starlight is to build at the highest possible level with uncompromising quality, no matter the budget. This is always achieved through meticulous design, careful material selection and craftsmanship of the highest order.

Starlight was borne out of his desire to provide clients with a personal, honest and transparent experience with particular emphasis on quality, innovation and outstanding design.

Lee Houston has spent over 16 years project managing some of the most prestigious projects in surrey.
Lee brings a wealth of technical construction knowledge and plays a key role in the delivery of the builds.
His ethos is to always build without compromise and his meticulous eye for detail has led to a proven track record including multiple project awards
